The villa is located at the Costa Blanca – the white coast – at the mediterranean sea in Spain. It´s a cozy village 10min from the beach, 25min from Alicante airport, 20min from Alicante downtown and 15min from the great grocery like Carrefour. It´s a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. You will enjoy an evening with a walk or a bike ride through the rural enviroment, enjoying the beautiful sunset, coming back, jump into the pool and let the evening fade away with a BBQ at the outdoor kitchen with your friends and family.
Moskito screens, roller shutters and AC are found throughout the house. We offer fast Wifi for free.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The pool has a shallow and a deep section, roman stairs and lights. There is a billard table, an outdoor shower, 3 sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, a shed with a sun umbrella, some beach stuff and 3 bikes you may use whenever you like. The property is fully fenced and offers room for 2 cars.

LIVE COOK DINE

The livingroom is equiped with a smart TV, bluetooth speaker and a desk.
Diningroom with 6 seats, fully equiped kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and everything else a good vaccation home kitchen needs. We have two refrigerators to keep your drinks cool.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is located upstairs, with a huge bed, TV, closets and your own en suite bathroom with double sink and a bath tub. The master bedroom has his own huge balcony with your private sun loungers and adirondack chairs.

BEDROOM FOR THE BESTIES

Downstairs you will find a bedroom with euro king-size bed, closet, smart TV, dressing table, en suite bathroom with shower and a slider directly to the pool.
